Wednesday, May 3, 2023 - Blind.Faith ‘Badass Barbera’ tasting. Wine 8 Tasted blind. Much darker and more purple than the other wines in the tasting. Lovely nose, dominated by cherry but a celery and tomato juice character comes through with time in the glass. It’s quite big and toasty on the palate, creamy texture with a nice depth of fruit. Big toasty finish. Very good but felt very different from the other wines.
