Monday, June 22, 2020 - 2005 Burgundy blinds on Jason's roof: Quite a contrast to the Raveneau, this is a Big Boy. While showing the fully correct profile on the nose (a bit of honey and a touch of wax), there's actually not much fruit on this, just body - you can tell this was made with a fair amount of (now integrated) oak. Starts to unfurl with time in the glass, and I wish we'd decanted this. A slightly older school Meursault that likely won't get any better due to the vintage, but is still very good with air.
