Thursday, February 6, 2014 - Deep dark red with a bit of bricking. This took a few hours to open. Sweet red fruits with tar, and light pepper on the nose. First taste of soft, lush, red fruit that appears sweet because of medium acidity and integrated tannins. A nice finish that slowly fades away. This would be a crowd pleaser.
