Saturday, September 23, 2023 - Off the list at a restaurant, decanted ahead of time and followed over the course of a few hours.

The baby fat shed after some time, showing a nice complex and still young wine. Plenty of fruit, good underlying earthy notes, supple oak integration. Should drink beautifully for another 10 years easy.

Went very well with burgers and steak.
