Saturday, October 16, 2021 - Coravin fun - Italian investigations plus supper selection (My place, Kent Street): Pretty nose; biscuit, blackcurrant and slight red currant, tiny touch of raisin. Pyrazine, leather, savoury spice are in support. Juicy, fleshy, dark fruits, tiny green capsicum, tannins are flour textured and persistent, long, lovely, wonderfully balanced.
