Tuesday, January 17, 2023 - As winter settles in to Chicagoland my wife’s palate has shifted to desiring something a bit more robust and with greater depth. This fit the bill with a delightful melange of fruit, spice and flavor. I have an affinity for Rocket Science- the wine, not the occupation. This is a great drinker on its own or accompanying food. The perfect warmer for a cold night.
