Friday, November 11, 2022 - A flagship wine from Santadi and one of the finest Carignans in country, aged for 16 months in new FR oak and another 12 months in bottle. Deep garnet colour. Medium intensity rich aroma of blackberries, tar, bread, lavender, smoked plums, hints of garrigue, chocolate. Medium+ body, opulent and sweetish entry with round and smooth texture, ripe plum flavours with spice and chocolate notes, concludes with finely grained tannins and spiced hints.
