Saturday, December 25, 2021 - I drank this one on the early side but wanted to have a bit of Papapietro Perry on Christmas day. It paired nicely with the Snake River Farm ham, scalloped potatoes and asparagus with Hollandaise sauce. Deep cherry notes with some earthiness. Nice deep color and flavor profile. Darker fruit as well- black raspberry. Nice savory balance to the pure fruit foundation.
