Thursday, May 5, 2016 - Dried cherry and cacao powder nose. Rich mouth with some fruit still remaining. Excellent return of bitter cacao on the finish. This wine has aged really well. In it's youth it was more opulent, but now it has taken on some elegance that wasn't there before.
