Tuesday, January 10, 2023 - Deep red colour.
Bought at a restaurant 4 days ago. Have been sampling it since.
Ripe blackberry fruit nose. Standing up very well after 4 days. Fairly reserved on first opening.
Rich, black cherry/blackberry fruit. Quite ripe. 2019 was a hot year for them and this shows it. Holding the ripeness well. Nice balance.
