Appearance: deep inky black core with deep dark red hues Nose: wow, my olfactory is getting the tingles. Notes of blackberries, plum, with some earth & spices. Palate: a after letting it decant for 30 min, my first sip have a smile... Rich flavours of blackberries, liquorice, the tannins are abundant without being too astringent or bitter. Earthy notes and subtle spices ensue. Finish is long and juicy. Very well balanced wine and great value!

This is a dark, modestly fruit forward Shiraz with a plum nose and a quick finish. This is a "drink it if you have it but don't fall over yourself to get it" wine. Good news- I have a few more so I can comply!

Deep red colour. Bought at a restaurant 4 days ago. Have been sampling it since. Ripe blackberry fruit nose. Standing up very well after 4 days. Fairly reserved on first opening. Rich, black cherry/blackberry fruit. Quite ripe. 2019 was a hot year for them and this shows it. Holding the ripeness well. Nice balance.

Cool climate Shiraz. Not heavy or brooding at all, good balance and acidity, not overly complex but lovely and precise nonetheless. Prefer this to many entry Level Shiraz bottlings costing 2x as much. Drank at cellar temperature (55-60).
