Sunday, March 12, 2023 - Appearance: deep inky black core with deep dark red hues
Nose: wow, my olfactory is getting the tingles. Notes of blackberries, plum, with some earth & spices.
Palate: a after letting it decant for 30 min, my first sip have a smile... Rich flavours of blackberries, liquorice, the tannins are abundant without being too astringent or bitter. Earthy notes and subtle spices ensue. Finish is long and juicy. Very well balanced wine and great value!
