Friday, June 3, 2016 - Decades of Decadence - x6s (Tetsuya's, Sydney, Australia): Blind. Apricot, flint, floral notes, lemon, apple and graphite - it seems quite ripe on the nose. The palate brings things back into focus, with fine detail and really good acidity driving the balance. Great texture and volume. Very very good, but next to another blind wine that decidedly spectacular.
