Saturday, January 14, 2023 - Spanish fun day one (N&J's place, Canberra): From Coravin. Lemon with a smidge of lime, nutty, saline, slightly reductive, bruised apple, a certain umami/meaty quality, slight chamomile. Very saline, umami in the mouth, an almost hoppy bitterness, woody textured burr on the mid palate, al little salted rusk and lemon complete the picture. Nice.
