Wednesday, October 3, 2018 - The nose was layered with mineral-infused cherry, dark spices, dried florals and crushed stone. On the palate, I found soft, vibrant textures offset by drying tannin and minerals, giving way to cherry and savory herbs in a very pretty expression. The finish was long and structured with saturating cherry and spice.
