Tuesday, May 31, 2022 - Fingerlakes wine tasting with Yagil Barel; 5/28/2022-5/31/2022 (Cayuga, Seneca, Keuka Lakes): Heavily oaked with a sweet nose (almonds, vanilla) behind which I find oyster shell. Hint of something floral. Better on the palate: a bit buttery but ripe and complete.
