Tuesday, January 9, 2007 - Otis brought this to the kybo dinner last weekend. We drank this with some cabernet blackberry sorbet and on its own. I believe this is the first Baumard QdC that I have had (although I have always wanted to try the 2002). I would call this a delicate dessert wine (at least compared to the Kracher that we had after it). Light bodied and very ethereal. Notes of white pear and quince. A good match for the sorbet. Probably would have been overmatched by the chocolate dessert that we had after it. I enjoyed this very much. 92 points.
