Thursday, October 30, 2014 - Nose of passion fruit, apple,mango, with hints of pineapple. Palate had a toasted straw/hay/wheat flavor with a light apricot-like taste, definitely tasted some minerals. Body was on the light, ethereal side, acid just a tad too high. Finish was medium, with a very slight acrid, sour note at the very end. I imagine this to go well with nothing more heavy than a sorbet. A bit simple.
