Saturday, June 1, 2013 - Dark red, fading a bit at the rim. Nose picks up some dark fruit, but has evolved more towards an earthy/mushroom/mineral profile. Still lively and fresh on the palate, with dark fruit and more mushrooms. Not sure this will improve with further age, but it still paired well with Copper River sockeye and a tarragon mustard butter.
