Monday, October 24, 2016 - Domaine Perrot-Minot Tasting/Dinner with Some Other Great Burgundy from DNS (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Open 3 hours before serving. Served in 03/06/07 flight. Very ripe and fruit-centric but with spice galore. While this seems fat from all the fruit, there is clearly enough structure and balance for this to continue to age gracefully and evolve. My favorite of the flight, admittedly in a "guilty pleasure" sort of way. Group's favorite was the 2006.
