Thursday, July 7, 2022 - Very reductive, with lots of flintstone, smoke and apple, celery and quince... Needs a lot of air, comes with some CO2. Drank it over 5 days, which was still not patient enough. Started with Gabriel Glas Gold Edition but ended up with Stoelzle Quatrophil Burgundy, which i usually use for more aged Riesling. Pretty complex, evolving even some light red berries (raspberry), good tension, medium body, very mineral, very deep, very long. Excellent QPR. 92+
