Sunday, March 31, 2024 - [Pop and pour.] A hint of oxidation, but it's the brown sugar kind. Brisk acidity, mature flavors of brown sugar, black dirt, walnuts, and forest floor. Goes well with Amy's roast chicken. Drink up.
