Friday, December 23, 2022 - Tasted at the Produttori with Aldo Vacca. PnP unfortunately. Like the Pora it is a translucent medium ruby color and quite muted at first. After swirling it has more spice and fruit and less florals than the Pora but I find the fragrance quite beautiful. High acid and tannin. Rich and chewy on the palate, savory and red fruited. Seems like it is holding back a bit and needs more air and cellar time to come fully together.
