Friday, July 18, 2008 - Bought this at Terroir and then slugged it down at Sara's with some mac & cheese. Initially thin and a little reductive, this freshened up nicely with about 30 minutes of air. Less grapey and monolithic than an '04 Giacosa dolcetto tasted last week. I like it.
