Wednesday, April 26, 2023 - Another slam dunk cuvée signed Arianna Occhipinti - here w the 2020 Vino di Contrada Santa Margherita (or, SM) made solely f Grillo in a modern, natural way, short maceration of 48h & in every aspect, fascination stuff. Dark amber, golden, translucent in the glass. The wine opens w bright scents of grilled lemon, smoke, nectarine & peach, herbs, hints of yeast. Pure, round, rich & fine viscosity, the palate brings fine tannic structure, salivating acidity, citrus-driven w charm, finishing saline & mineral-driven!
