Wednesday, February 1, 2023 - Great Pinot that’s ready to drink now. I remember this being a bit acidic last year but after a year in the cellar it is very well balanced. Minimal decant needed. Floral on the nose, raspberry notes and medium acidity. Paired perfectly with a pork ravioli lasagna.
