Tuesday, January 1, 2013 - Popped-n-poured; consumed over 4 hours. Showed better on 11/24/12 in the 1-glass tasting event; didn’t fair as well over a long evening. Note to self: the in-laws don’t like Rose’ bubbles. Prefered The N.V. Jean Lallement Champagne Brut Grand Cru which showed better in the full-bottle-to-full-bottle standoff. Best in the first 90 minutes of opening.
