Tuesday, May 22, 2018 - A serious candidate for house Rosé here. Disgorged 10/16. 8 g/l dosage. 50/50 Pinot and Chard. Pretty strawberry short cake, floral and earth nose. Excellent stuffing with rich fruit and driving energy. Tasty and full of flavor, if a tad straight forward and obvious.
