Friday, December 1, 2023 - I revisited this, though only a small pour at a gathering. This bottle seemed improved to me. It had 3-4 hours of air before I tasted it which may have helped. There was some lovely bright fruit; red plum and ripe currant with some underlying minerality and floral notes; the palate had much better balance with some fruit balancing the mineral/earth tones and the acidity more in line. It was pleasant and for the price certainly good. Will be interesting to see how the other 2 wines change.
