Sunday, August 27, 2023 - 19 from our local group plus Tom & Deb Mortimer from Le Cadeau at COV Edina MN. Tom & Deb brought 3 of their stellar PNs and the rest of supplied the starter champagnes and mid-course still whites. The 20 MDT was my wine and as always, a favorite Chablis 1er from Fevre. This was bit youthfully reticent but open enough to be both pleasurable & promising. The minerality leads the way with some citrus and stone fruit emerging. Happy to have a couple more that I'll let rest till 2026+.
