Saturday, November 18, 2023 - 12% alcohol. Very fruity (mostly orchard but bordering on tropical). Tasted a touch sweet but hard to tell if that was from a little RS or just the fruit intensity. Generally look for more acidity and precision in “dry” riesling but this was excellent with vegan Pho.
