Tuesday, February 6, 2024 - (WSET 4 tasting note)

Appearance: clear, pale lemon
Nose: clean, medium intense, lemon, butter, brioche, nuts
Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intense, medium+ finish.
Orange, lemon, lemon peel, green apple, grape. Slight oxidation. Grapefruit.

This is a very good wine; there is diversity in the primary fruits with a good length of finish. For this to be of outstanding quality it would require further tertiary development.
Suitable for bottle ageing; sufficient acidity and first tertiary is starting to develop.
