Appearance: clear, pale lemon Nose: clean, medium intense, lemon, butter, brioche, nuts Palate: Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intense, medium+ finish. Orange, lemon, lemon peel, green apple, grape. Slight oxidation. Grapefruit.
This is a very good wine; there is diversity in the primary fruits with a good length of finish. For this to be of outstanding quality it would require further tertiary development. Suitable for bottle ageing; sufficient acidity and first tertiary is starting to develop.

Appearance: clear, medium ruby Nose: clean, medium intense, strawberry, ripe plumb, cherry, wetstone
Palate: Dry, medium+ acidity, medium, unripe tannins, medium body, medium intense, medium finish, medium alcohol. +coffee, toast, tomato leaf.
This is a good quality wine. Primary fruits and acidity are present, but the wine lacks balance and complexity to be of very good quality wine. There is an unripe tannic structure present that overwhelms. Not suitable for bottle ageing; there is nog sufficient primary fruit to develop further.
