Monday, January 11, 2016 - Northern Rhone Dinner (Asselina): There's a lot of oak here, framing the juicy, glossy purple fruit with plenty of sweet vanilla and coconut and giving the wine a creamy sheen. But I didn't find it grainy or drying. Not to my taste but not bad.
