Sunday, November 14, 2021 - Such a surprise from an unheralded vintage, but there’s no denying the appeal of the fresh redcurrant fruit, supported by chestnut, miatake, and leather. A tasty umami character is balanced beautifully by the merest hint of (welcome) volatile acidity.
