Friday, September 20, 2019 - Tight on the nose at first in the glass, but opens up with lovely roasted notes, lemon and a touch of Sea Buckthorn. Pleasant acidity showing yellow apples and with a nice bitterness on the finish. Need extra time in the cellar to really open up.
(Probably best with 4-12 years of extra cellaring)
