Tight on the nose at first in the glass, but opens up with lovely roasted notes, lemon and a touch of Sea Buckthorn. Pleasant acidity showing yellow apples and with a nice bitterness on the finish. Need extra time in the cellar to really open up. (Probably best with 4-12 years of extra cellaring)

(2nd Edition) Tight nose at first, but opens up with some time in the glass with toasted notes, citrus and a touch of sea buckthorn. Freshness on the palate with a yellow apples acidity and a nice acidic harshness where the sea buckthorns where showing again on the finish. Should reward some extra cellar time to integrate in the bottle. (Best with 4-12 years extra cellaring)
