Monday, February 19, 2024 - GRAND TASTING #2: PnP w/1 hr. glass time. Clear, med bright straw color. Muted nose of mineral, fruit. Notes of oak, age, light/med body, light acidity, pear, vanilla, creamy, drinking blind I would have guessed Chardonnay. Wet stone, integrated. Interesting stuff, Semillon/Sav. Blanc. Nothing off, drink now.
