Sunday, February 5, 2023 - Chalky after texture from the nice soft but full tannins.
Beautiful ruby color
Opened up beautifully after about 20 minutes
Delicious with the acids from a citrus salad
Fruits are more crushed in nature
After an hour, the fruit starts to shine through with the tannins taking a needed backseat
Fantastic with food, sausage
