Monday, October 24, 2022 - Agreed with the previous note. It is stylistically very heavy and jammy - very different from many other RDDs I've had, when I had it with curry - it was beautiful, when the curry ran out, and I had the wine on its own, it felt a little off balance. I'd say pair it with really heavy, spicy, creamy foods!
