Sunday, May 10, 2009 - Good, fairly complex and dry Sav Blanc. I had this next to a Kim Crawford and this is much more like a Chablis. This is dry, without a lot of fruit and more of a minerality. The Kim Crawford had much more fruit and seemed sweeter.
