Saturday, November 29, 2008 - Second bottle of '07 CB, interestingly this one was a definite improvement on the first. NOSE: lovely floral notes coming through, TASTE: The difference from the last bottle, more fruit, citrus taste with nice, crisp acidity and quite a good finish. All in all, very nice. Got 2 bottles left, be interesting to see how they compare.
