Friday, February 9, 2024 - Medium straw color; a touch of lime citrus on the nose.
Complex tart fruit notes up front: lime, mango and passion fruit, but there is a ton of oily (in a good way) minerality here as well. Despite the fruit on the front end, the interest this wine holds rests primarily upon the complex savory notes that defined the mid-palate and finish. Solid effort, and it is developing nicely.
