Saturday, May 2, 2015 - With the family at Gennaro's in Princeton, looking to pair with classic red sauce Italian. Been a while since I had this wine, last bottle from a lot bought from Garagiste.

Deep garnet color, still appears youthful. Nose of dark fruits and earth, shoe polish. Palate is dark fruits, coffee grounds, earth notes. Drinks hot, alcohol is 15%, not a problem in itself, but overwhelms the fruit on the mid palate.

not bad, won't improve much. not as good as the last bottle
