Friday, September 29, 2023 - Clean, pure, smooth. This is not normally my preferred type of wine but the Costco price of <$8/bottle (purchased as a half case) tempted me, especially as I had a relative who I knew loved this style of wine. It doesn't change much with food, but it was really enjoyable to drink - had the taste profile of a lightly-oaked Cab, including the bell pepper flavor, but the texture of well-made Merlot.
