Thursday, June 10, 2010 - Yum. Vivid straw gold color. Still a baby. Explosive nose of coconut, caramel, baked apple, almond cookies, plus a hint of the usual remaining sulphur from the SO2 treatment. Creamy texture and a narrow spine of acid, typical of the '90 vintage. Finishes long. I could drink this every single day, but alas, this was bottle #4 of five.
