Sunday, December 5, 2021 - Drank as part of the Riesling Study event in Chicago. When I opened this wine a few hours prior to the event, it was soft and round. With air it gained wonderful energy and turned into one of the wines of the night. It was delicate, balanced, and wonderfully energetic. A truly beautiful bottle of wine.
