Monday, August 7, 2023 - Has a great finish. I tasted right out of the bottle, then decanted it for 5 hours. It’s smooth on the finish with lots of fruit notes (cherry and plum). I had it with a savory stew would rather drink it alone as it legit lost in the meal.
