Monday, November 20, 2023 - Lovely nuanced nose with a core of pure pear and peach. Touches of toasty cream and struck flint. A striking wet stone note. Very fresh on the medium bodied palate. Fantastic toasty finish. Worth waiting. Very refined.

Pale lemon.

Pronounced on the nose with pear, peach, cream, lemon, struck flint, toast, wet stone and biscuit. Developing.

Pronounced and dry on the palate. High acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, long finish.

Too young.
