Lovely nuanced nose with a core of pure pear and peach. Touches of toasty cream and struck flint. A striking wet stone note. Very fresh on the medium bodied palate. Fantastic toasty finish. Worth waiting. Very refined.
WSET Notes:
Pale lemon.
Pronounced on the nose with pear, peach, cream, lemon, struck flint, toast, wet stone and biscuit. Developing.
Pronounced and dry on the palate. High acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, long finish.
Too young.

Entry Level Domaine Leflaive Tasting (Chicago Wine - Glenview IL): Walk around tasting. Rich orchard fruit start-to-finish with a broad cross-section on both nose and palate. Well spice with sneaky length. Good already now.

Quite closed and hard to enjoy for me today. There is a lot going on but disjointed. Promising future. Will not rate today.
